im home! =) hee. now im a bit sick. mayb i ate 2 much junk food haha..bought lots lots stuff from thai! it was so fun. ee-ee's house is nice too! but my camera spoil =( ditched mie halfway thru e trip. haha.. so i only got a bit of pictures here n there. sigh. upload later.
some interesting stuff i found out:
-thais r very loyal to their king..they wear yellow (mostly on mondays) to wish their king a long life.
-"thank you" in thai language is said differently by males and females. haha. yeap diff gender diff way of saying. e last word diff i tink.
-zebra crossings arent like those in sg..once in a blue moon a vehicle gives way to u. otherwise u have 2 wait 4 e road to clear b4 u cross e road.
-taxi fares there r very cheap. starting fare is 35 bahtt. means abt 1.60 sgd..
-it says on e back of a taxi tt if e taxi cnt move more den 6km/hr den passenger muz pay dunno how much per min. haha. yup yup cus thai is famous 4 its traffic jams. (esp on fri)
-ladyboys r more likely to b accepted in thai. haf i said? some r really pretty! n their figures r e envies of every women. haha. cnt blieve they were once men.
-e floating market is dangerous!!! very!! lol no la joking. i feel tt e boat very unstable tts all. haha.. =)
ok tts about all. really really fun. sigh. if there is a reunion in july next yr we cant go. cus got sch. and international schools in thai plus american schs, holidays r e same. and in NZ also got break at tt time. HAI. only singapore no break. den we gonna miss out e fun. HAI. haha..
